Lavender Living Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at lavenderlivingco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Because our products are fulfilled through trusted partners, return processing times may vary.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items not in original condition
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
